talisman of all crucible should be reworked

this one is weird since there was several magic specific talismans added to boost either spell dmg or general dmg from the new spells like the storm talisman or st. trinas smile so getting one for the crucible stuff made sense but i kinda really hate this one since its not actually for the spells but just gives you the effects of ALL crucible talismans in one when only like 2 are useful while also COMPLETELY draining your defenses. honestly it should just be changed to be a flat boost to crucible spells by like the usual 10 to 15% or something.
