Item under statue obtainable?
In the Store room map, 5th floor, there's a statue hanging and under the beard is an item. Is it possible to get it or just there to tease players?
I've tried doing a search and watched some walk-throughs and none mention this.

This is not supposed to be there, probably a monster drop or a weird load glitch

Pull the lever, then run to the balcony, where the head is, you can grab it there
