what this ends up meaning is that less experienced players will sometimes avoid it in favor of other setups, while more experienced players will gravitate to it, so for many players it ends up feeling like its OP, when in reality its a pretty balanced weapon that simply attracts more skilled, and often more sweaty players. with gkat, its generally going to be the players who gravitate to it that are OP, not the weapon itself.
imo on the current patch, dual greatspear will also fall into this category, and these kinds of perceptions will be even stronger than gkat because psgs did actually used to be a very meta setup for quite awhile. at this point in the game, its gone thru several nerfs, other things have been buffed, and while psgs is no longer a truly meta setup, its still very fun to play for experienced pvp'ers, so it might seems like its still meta/OP, when in reality, like gkat, whats actually happening is that a complex moveset that rewards player skill is simply attracting players who are more skilled and are more likely to clap you.
i suspect maybe this is what OP means when they say the weapon is "biased"? tho im not sure. gkat and psgs can both be extremely strong if youre very good at the game, but if youre not experienced, you will totally flounder when playing them. "biased" in favor of good players i guess.
