I can't go to the Mountain top of the giants after dlc and latest patch

Does anyone else have same problem like me after the dlc?
I cant' fast travel with any of my charachters to any of the graces in the mountain top region. I get stuck at the loading screen at "99%".
I have also tried to go there by foot, but I still get stuck att the big elevator, thou I don't get to the loading screen, the screen is just black.
