WTH was Ranni's Plan???

When you find Ranni as a doll what was the plan at that point anyway?
How was she going to kill Blaiid clone, and the two fingers as a tiny doll?

I’m sorry but this is insane. She literally carved the rune of death onto their daggers herself. She is absolutely responsible for the deathblight fallout.
I’ve already bent over backwards to appease you people to concede she isn’t directly responsible for the shattering, yet you can’t even budge in the SLIGHTEST bit that she was reckless with what was essentially an incredibly dangerous weapon, and those actions caused a terrible fallout. What caused deathblight was Marika removing the rune of death. Godwyn wasn't meant to be immortal and Ranni wouldn't kill his soul if it wasn't the case.

Those who live in death literally only exist because of the Golden Order and Marika's removal of the rune of death.

like literally everything you want to attibute to ranni goes away the moment her plan goes off anyway, no tyrants, no immortality, deathroot, and the freedom for everyone to make their choices, no outer god in control.

there is still issues in the land beyond, but any that are "her fault" are functionally gone, and an outer god along with them.

She didn't betray Iji or Blaidd. They were attacked by Black Knife assassins because she betrayed them. They sided with her to get revenge on the Golden Order and to welcome the coming of their Night King, but she wanted to rid the world of gods which was in direct opposition of them so they attacked those closest to her.
She also didn't betray Blaidd, he was a gift to her from the two fingers, meant to be both her protector and her shackles. Because she was planning to kill her two fingers he was fighting against his own nature to kill her and his loyalty to her, which is why you find him in a half crazed state.

You mentioned the Night King mate, that was your so called motive for the Black Knives' apparent hatred of Ranni... I addressed it in my first response.

Regarding the Evergaol, it isn't right next the Manus Celes and the cathedral ain't Carian. Manus Celes means the heavenly hand, it refers to the Two fingers (The DLC confirms this bit), the very fingers Ranni is there to slay.

Finally, Ranni didn't seal entry to that church, you can access Manus Celes without even attempting Ranni's quest by falling from Deeproot depths and then crossing the lake of Rot.

The Finger churches might have been old Carian churches, but since the time of Rennala, the moon(s) became the primary influence over the Carian family and Raya Lucaria. People studying the currents of the stars were vilified, like Selen. Ymir himself had long since abandoned the study of the moon and was doing his own thing.

My point remains the same, Manus Celes is not a place of power for Ranni, it was a place where the power that intended to control Ranni resided and using your own reasoning of (relative) proximity, it is more likely that the fingers had the Black knife leader trapped in there.

Also,I reiterate, Ranni never Barred access to this place, if anything Morgott prevents us from reaching this area.

No it's Literally a Carian Magic Seal Placed by Ranni that prevents anyone without the consort ring from getting onto the moonlight alter this is an argument you can not have it's literally what happens in the game. if you beat Astel outside of Ranni's quest the way is literally sealed shut by Ranni. Morgott has nothing to do with the moonlight alter you don't even need to fight Margit to get up there so long as you follow Ranni's quest.

Let's take an example, Morgott prevents us from moving beyond Leyndell and we can't get to either the Giant's flame or the Frenzied flame till he's dealt with, this is precisely because those are the only two fires that can burn the Erdtree that he is protecting.

Similarly Ranni is blocking access to the finger church up on that plateau so that unless the baleful shadow that those very fingers sent is killed and she gets the means kill the same fingers, no one gets to go up there.
