I can't access a dlc

I can't access the DLC, I've already done almost everything I could do in my world. I killed all the bosses including the one necessary to enter the DLC, but I can't interact with the arm and no NPCs appeared either, I've tried to go back in backup before the fight against Mogh and even ask for forgiveness at the church and still nothing happens. ..

also does your game say in the library that the dlc is downloaded and included?

The only requirement afaik is to beat Radhan and Mohg.

Kill Radahn, Mohg, rest at site of Grace.

Other than that, make you sure you have the DLC ticked in the DLC section and that it's downloaded, and if all that has been done, verify files.

Outside of that, you can only contact Steam/ Bandai Namco support because if all that is done, there is a weirder issue going on.

yes, the dlc was downloaded, the name even appears in the corner of the home screen, I also see the dlc loading screens

Yes, I racked my brains to find out what happened, it was a bug where the game didn't recognize that Radahn had died even after he had killed, I downloaded a script to check all the bosses I had already killed in that area and Radahn was counting I'm still alive even after killing him, so with this same script I spawned Radahn and Mogh again to defeat him and make sure it wouldn't crash again, after doing this I finally managed to access a DLC.

(NOTE: Script used was Hexinton v4)
