Also to add. Not just go offline, but disable EAC as well.
thanks gonna check it out
Total rubbish. Don't listen to this guy. You only get banned/softbanned if trying to cheat whilst online or by doing something stupid like manually editing your runes.
like a extra wide support mod
Not officially, but yes you can. Certain steps MUST be performed:
* Turn OFF Cloud Saves
* Set game to Update on Launch
* Manually back up the current Saves if you want to keep them AND the original regulation.bin file.
* Start the game and delete all the saves (note you still have the backups and they will still be in the Cloud Saves. But you don't want to confuse the issue by modding with old saves. Set the game to start in 'Offline' mode and no online interactions. Do NOT turn them back on while playing with modded saves.
* Shut down the game and Steam.
* Download the Anti-Cheat Toggler and use it to disable EAC.

* Use the tool to Toggle EAC OFF. Do NOT turn it back on with modded saves in place. Do NOT turn it back on with modded files in place.
* Download your desired mod(s). I use the Easy-Mode mod as it leaves some challenge but removes a lot of the frustration busy work and grinding.

* Before you launch the game, ALWAYS check to see if there are any Elden Ring updates. If there are, backup your saves and regulation.bin file, then update.
* After the update, launch the game but do NOT enter into the game with your character. Exit the game at the menu where you would 'Continue'.
* Update your game with (hopefully) updated mod files or just restore your just backed up modded regulation.bin file.
* Again, NEVER attempt to play online with your modded characters or files. That WILL get you banned.
A lot of steps to stay safe. But it is worth it if this is you way to play. :)
P.S. Since you MUST NOT be 'Online', playing with friends is not possible with a modded Elden Ring.
Good Luck!
Like the items themselves are still legit, they arent modified to be better or anything.
