How do you dodge The final boss Thunder cross Split attack ?

I'm not sure I know which attack you mean. Is it the triple slash where the second one is a roll catch? If so, continue rotating clockwise towards his right hip. This will allow you to dodge diagonally left to get under the second slash.

The 2 slash that ends with X (im going to try rotating now)

I just try to stay as close as possible to him and roll into him, after he does the X is a great time to hit him too

It's very difficult to dodge but your character needs to be in motion in order to throw off his tracking.
