summoning increases the difficulty of the boss tenfold, whether its npcs or other players.
you are much better off trying to solo it, or at most summon 1 person.
i was banging my head against the wall for about 2 hours because i summoned 2 co-op npcs.
decided to switch it up by only summoning one (the npc that does the bleed status effect) and boss went down in like 3 attempts because his health pool, damage and aggression levels were reduced significantly.
miyazaki one-upped the "if you use summon you didn't beat the game"-community by pulling a reverse uno card with the final boss because now the opposite is the case.
people making videos proudly saying "so i just beat the final boss no-summon" to preface what they are about to say next, makes me laugh and look down on them.
bro, you're not better at the game for not using summons, you never were, and now its objective fact that if you do not summon, you are doing the easy mode version of the boss.
