Bloodfiend Arm does not drop anymore

I use mods after beating the game but set it too offline mode. Been trying to farm every weapon from the dlc for another character and they made it where the bloodfiends arm does not drop period despite setting drop 100% mod for the game or spending 3hrs farming the prospect town.
(yeah yeah I use mods but hell I make it a rule to play the game first without them the ham after beating it legitely

I think it's one in a playthrough drop, not an actual item on a drop table

Yeah, I too think it's a one time, 1st time drop, until going into NG+, is the only way to get a 2nd one.

No, just one of the stronger ones within a group of them on top that one building.

Thanks ya'll for not ripping on me for using mods. I use wemod and it has also has a challenge sliders where it makes the game difficult...I find mods fun to change things up but Like I said I exclusive use them for offline use.
Will check inventory or the box if I got it already
