Black screen with cursor
Hi all, I'm getting a black screen with the cursor on it every time I launch the game. Sometimes it just closes before even starting and I need to launch it again.

I've recently upgraded my CPU and also today I got an update for Elden Ring which I think it crashed my PC (it restarted automatically without any bluescreen or anything).

Any help? I've also got the latest GPU drivers.

Did the file verification and now it's working

did you restart pc? would fix it until after i restarted

I did but it didn't work. I also gave the Elden Ring exe admin permissions and restarted the drivers.

Veryfing the files did the trick, as I guess the recent updated exploded. My PC restarted automatically when it was about to finish updating, so I guess something got corrupted or some files weren't downloaded/installed.
