It is not something the Two Fingers would teach you Lambkin
How he deals with gank squads is how a actual PvPer plays. Not the crybabies you see in this discussion and those that cheat to pray on lower level invades with rot pots.
- claw grip, aka you keep moving your character with the thumb, while using the index finger to browse inventory (this is also the reason why they all use PS controllers)
- he uses mods/CE to get extra copies of items to pad out the inventory rows, so that he doesn't have to be precise
It's boring to watch when he always wins and makes no mistakes, wish he wasn't so insecure about showing himself struggle a bit.
Doesn't he have full unedited streams up in his live section?
I would say my biggest issue with the Chasethebro's type is that they realize these games are very much rock, paper, scissors, so when I see them getting their asses beat and they run away just to swap to a weapon that counters the opponents weapon - it's just too sweaty.
It's why I liked Prod's adventures of the worst invader. He would stick to one or two weapons, at most, he would swap to cat ring in DS3.
EDIT: Forgot my favorite, Moose Torrent. Most respectful PVPer you'll ever see and plays within the intended framework.
+1
Swapping is antithetical to what makes these games challenging, you take your setup against another setup and even with a disadvantage you can come out on top.
I get that without locking inventory for Phantoms swapping is a part of the game and is a great display of mechanical skill, but when you do some chicken leg swaps mid parry just to get an instant kill while you go to a fat roll it's just a bit too sweaty to even watch.
Prod and Lost are definitely some peak invasion content for that reason, they keep it clean by doing weapon challenges and show their defeats and that you can have fun even if you lose.
