Thiollier's Concoction

Hey everyone, I accidentally progressed Moore's quest too far before finding Thiollier and can't get the black syrup. Is there a fix that anyone knows or can anyone possibly drop a concoction? I'm trying to get all the incants and am super frustrated that walking too far screwed me out of getting the concoction. Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanks! Im in NG+
