Enable/Disable summoning pool

So I read this about the DLC:

New Summoning Pool features:

- Active Summoning Pools will now be carried over to NG+.
- Individual Summoning Pools can now be enabled / disabled in the newly added Map Functions Menu.

But I cant figure out how to actually do that in game, which buttons? Where is this new map menu function?

go to map and press L1/LB or it should tell u on map hints

Open your map, open the "Map Menu" tab, then "Summoning Pool List".
