I saw the notification for a split second. when is it happening?

i was in game when they put a message on screen, it said "blablabla update at 16:00, please restart your game at 17:00 bla"
i found it strange that they said restart your game at 17:00, even if it means the servers restarts at 17, you can still play offline, so it must be a mistake, i dont know.

Reverted 1.12.2 changes to the Scadutree blessing system.

Reduced damage and made adjustments to the Rolling Sparks skill so that it will no longer hit multiple times on the same target (in PvP).

Reduced poise damage of certain attack combinations of the Fire Knight Greatsword.

Reduced poise damage, hitbox, damage, and status buildup of the Swift Slash skill.

Reduced the hyperarmour of the Blind Spot skill.

Lengthened the animation of the Discus Hurl skill.

Greatly increased range of the Smithscript Dagger.

Increased range of the Smithscript Spear.

Reduced status buildup and poise damage of the Scattershot Throw skill.

Enemies can now be hit by all projectiles of the Jori's Inquisition skill. Slightly reduced status buildup.

Increased damage of the Bloodfiend's Bloodboon skill.

Greatly increased damage and radius of Rain of Fire.

Increased the damage and poise damage of Messmer's Orb when charged. Increased tracking.

Increased the range, damage and status buildup of Midra's Flame.

Reduced the status buildup of Impenetrable Thorns.

Increased damage of Golden Arcs.

Lightning bottle is the one I'd agree with a nerf tho. the rest, not so much per say... being I use the frenzy and ice one from time to time. I don't really have any arguments towards why lightning bottle shouldn't be nerfed... but I have fought a good number with a frenzy bottle with rolling sparks, mixing up my moves with a bit of r2, and r1s, and if surrounded or crowded around I might use the occasional rolling sparks via frenzy bottle to the ground to get some air from the constant other op attacks that everyone else uses... I look at it as a brief respite with a good bit of damage when you rarely catch those people that are either too eager to kill you, or won't let you breathe cause they're spamming various things.. honestly the only one needing a nerf is the lightning one imo. but its fromsoft so they will do the others of course.

(Note I use bottles in both hands for the dual l1s too. they do help.. but the bottles have terrible range on the main attacks.. )

It got nerfed badly. I just tested it, it maybe 10% of the dmg it did an hour ago. Its completely useless now.

Rolling Spark confirmed nerfed. It MUST travel distance to do all it's damage now. So if you have a solid object inside it's max travel range, it'll take away any sparks that can't form due to lack of available travel distance (I hope that makes sense?)

VERY happy I got final boss down, earlier. I just knew a nerf was coming, it was too good but I so enjoyed my time with it!
