What a bummer the highest grossing, most popular Fromsoft game's multiplayer is castrated because some players can't stand the mean red players

People playing coop don't often like Invaders, so seamless coop offer just that. There is a reason it has over a million download on Nexus mod. When devs of the mod made pvp enabled by default, that can be turned off people did not like that at all.

You clearly donno what you are talking about, Seamless Co-op has a more active and far less toxic PvP community than vanilla does. Most people dont turn off the PvP.

i do think their is merit to temp connections between players (like in Journey), but i do think if you want full co-op, then yeah the mod is the way to go.

Another reason why co-op sucks is easy anti-cheat. Not because it makes life a bit harder for cheaters, but because it causes package loss.

considering they are also adding invasions to seamless coop right now its fair to say that the argument of "its just people wanting to not get invaded reeeeeeeeeee" is becoming less and less valid xd

This also makes the Invasions in seamless coop far more fun because the Easy Anti-Cheat is just off, it feels better to PvP in general in Seamless coop too. Far less phantom hits over all.
