Infinite Loading Screen

I waited for the re-release of the Seamless Co-op mod. My friend had played before and would guide me through it but we'd experience the DLC together.

I leveled up and put a decent amount of time into the game and my character before. I click go off to the round table when sat at a grace site and get stuck on a constant loading screen. When I say this I don't mean just stuck on the same loading screen. The game will bring me to a loading screen, complete it in about 2-3 seconds and give an audible queue that its complete, then go to blackscreen before bringing me to another loading screen and repeating this process.

I waited for a few minutes but it continuously repeated that cycle. I uninstalled seamless co-op and redownloaded it, I verified game files, restarted my whole pc but nothing fixed it. I made a new character just to test things and that worked fine.

I'm not deep into the playthrough but I have made some significant progress. We've been playing on my characters save and would really hate to have to start from scratch.

If anyone has any advice that would be much appreciated.

I did the exact same thing and am having the exact same issue. Have you discovered a solution yet?

There is, unfortunately, no solution yet. Only pure luck.

Never click the "Tell her you're off to the roundtable hold" option. It's what causes the soft-lock.

download debug tool>open the game>open debug tool>misc>set event flag 105. Problem fixed.

I'm new to PC and pretty much suck at anything like this. I've downloaded a windows debug but I've got no idea where to go now

When I use the debug tool it says No at the bottom when it's loaded and it has no effect on my character which is stuck when I click 105 or 115 it's gray

From what I read, is your save is corrupted and there is not current fix for it. The reason why loaded: no is because your save hasn't fully loaded so therefore the debugger cant detect the game.

Just came across this thread and thought I'd leave a solution for anyone in the future:
Download The Grand Archives cheat table from Github, and activate Scripts -> Seamless Co-op -> Loading screen stuck fix. It'll forcefully warp your character to a safe location - the infinite loading screen bug seems to be related to invalid warp targets or invalid map IDs from what I can tell.

Did anyone figure out a fix for this? The debugger and The Grand Archives cheat table aren't working to fix my save.
