Can't see coop summon signs of ppl, get invaded, or anything related to that

I got the DLC and went back to playing the game after over a year without playing it, started a new character, played for a couple of hours and I noticed I am not having acess to multiplayer features in the game somehow. I already checked my settings and multiplayer is enabled, also I set to "No Matchmaking" just in case

Is it just me with this issue?

Oh, I wasn't, i forgot about that one, I used one and I was able to see and summon one red phantom now... though it's kinda weird i'm already level 55 and wasn't able to find a single co-op white sign so far

I'm at Rose Church area now, I put a red sign on the floor to test, it's been there for like 30 minutes and no one summoned me, if I remember well, this place is a common pvp area
