what stats should i go for

i want to use as many weapons as possible don't care about spells or incantations as much im level 182 i have 1 respec and i dont want to waste it

54/50 str/dex & 15/25 int/fth

There are fewer weapons that have INT requirements but having at least 15 int will allow you to use most of them.

~20 faith is enough for most weapons that have such requirement, but 25 will allow you to use Golden Vow as well.

54 strength allows you to reach 80 str soft cap when two-handing, and there is only 1 weapon with higher STR requirement.

50 dex is a soft-cap and will allow you to use any dex focused weapon.

You may also want to get ~27-45 arcane in case you want to do some bleed sheningans (27 is the requirement for Mohg's Spear).
