think about what levels in mind and intelligence do to a pure strength char in terms of dealing damage ?
yepp nothing ofc
Yes, as a max level character thats the impression i got from every single From bit of information about the challenge. Nevertheless at max RL and NG i was getting two shotted so the advantage i have in the base game (until i hit the snowfields) was nowhere to be found.
I ended the first expansion clear with 14 (cant remember) blessings and Radhan kicked my ass for 4 straight hours....yesterday i two shotted him with everything (including blessings maxed.).
Well SaduTree Fragments matter a lot more than char levels !
easy as that.
I dont know if you are smoking right now ?`
you seem pretty high ?
both chars were identical
i created 1 char with cheat engine
than copied the save
in 1 save i increased mind and int to 99 and also put couple points into some other random stats
besides that chars were identical
Ok then penguin.....i apologize for dishing your information before, you actually bothered testing it.....here you have another bag of points (dont get used to it).
Summary: you do not disadvantage yourself by leveling up
The difference between 60 and 99 vigor is 200 HP. Which helps but is not gonna make you that much tankier.
Meanwhile 0 blessings double the damage you take.
Yes as i posted in another thread you pretty much have a "complete" and perfectly balanced character able to use everything in the best way possible and resilient enough to do anything with everything as 60. Anything above that helps of course, specially with Radhan rune but not a game breaker anyways.
Conclussion: Number of NG+ cycles and Scooby-Doo blessings, thats what determines the level of challenge in the expansion.
they respawn through new game cycles
As someone who completed a second expansion clear i can confirm they respawn. You can get a good amount of them before Renella (the boss you have to beat to move further in the DLC).
I checked it myself and felt the difference. However, scaling is not every one lvl but every tens or hundreds so people will not feel it.
--------------
I did this some time ago so I don't remember well what the differences in damage are. I think at lvl 1 you take 25-45% less damage. I tested this on my first new game, same armor, all the same. I only changed lvl and didn't have any buffs from the DLC.
---------------
I was looking for information on the Internet if it is possible to turn it off somehow or if there is a mod that removes lvl scaling. The only thing I found were threads and forums where people try to convince others that there is no such thing as lvl scaling.
