Edit: have an award for being a one of the good ones
you dont need to test that since its written inside the game files for everyone to see
once you use a tool like yapped
i am sure the info is on fextralife
So I wonder if the DLC in NG+ is tuned with the expectation that you're already close to maxed on those.
Which would explain why even high levels on a first run through DLC on NG+ could get destroyed by mobs.
i have seen this claim be made by several youtubers and also here in this forum.
All of them were level 713 and claimed it didnt give them any advantage since the bosses scaled with them
This got people thinking that actually leveling up is some kind of disadvantage in the game, but the reality is, leveling up is always an advantage, no matter what. You increase your level, the game gets easier, period. You stay at a lower level, the game is harder, no matter what.
I haven't seen any source confirming how NG+ affects DLC enemies. I don't see the info on fextralife.
He said he put the 450's stats into stats that wouldn't increase damage.
