A lot of posts saying they can't beat this boss, so here's the easiest way to do it.

Step 1: Have Greatshield Soldier Ashes. Upgrade them to +9.

Step 2: Summon them the second you enter the arena. Dodge his first hit/Tank it. He should then attack your Spirit Ashes.

Step 3: Some of them will die, but at least 3 should stay alive. Stay close, but outside of melee range so you don't trigger his ranged attacks. Spam your favorite spell. He's going to ignore you for your Spirit Ashes who block every attack. GG.

Also use bloodhound step to invalidate any attack that he may accidentaly aim at you

True, but I imagine 90% of people who struggle with this boss are also unwilling to summon so we'll see how useful this is even is to people. Just thought it'd help tho.
