Talisman pouch glitch/bug

I am on new game plus 3. I go in the correct order to be careful not to miss talisman pouches. Defeat Margit, 2 runes then talk to Enia and defeat Godfrey. None of them have given me the talisman pouch in 2 playthroughs. At this point I have no clue what is going on with the game for atleast me at this point, HELP!

There's a fixed amount and you can't get any more. Same with the4 flasks. This isn't Meinkraft.

You can only have 3. Equals to 4 talisman slots with starting one. You ain't getting more per another playthroughs.

1 for Margit killed
1 for two shard bearer , with Enia , or buy iit directly in maiden shop within round table , should you have missed the event wit Enia.
1 for godfrey killed.

As others have said, you max at a total of 4 regardless of playthrough. You don't lose them at the start of NG+, but you don't gain any additional ones either.

I have not gotten any talisman pouch drops from them when I started new game plus with the beginning 1 talisman slot. I then went to defeat Margit, then activated 2 great runes and went to speak with Enia and it was not in the twin maiden husks shop and lastly defeated Godfrey. I STILL ONLY HAVE THE BEGINNING ONE (1) TALISMAN SLOT. Is there a way to fix this bug without starting a new character?

Have you checked the twin maiden husk shop at Roundtable? If you miss the pouches for long enough, I believe you should be able to get the one from Enia. Margit and (spirit) Godfrey should drop automatically in NG when you beat them. Margit may also go to the twin maiden husk if you never defeat him, but I believe Spirit Godfrey is a mandatory boss

bro just use an offline launcher and the hexagon cheat table and give yourself the missing pouches simple

They never dropped or appeared after defeating them in order like that. This has happened in 2 ng so far. I think my save is bugged or RNG

Are you SURE that you only have 1 Talisman slot? Have you tried clicking on the other three slots to see if they are active. Forgive me if you have done this already. Just suggesting an active confirmation not related to seeing the items being given.

IF he doesnt have any other pouches he doesnt have the slot to click at all
