PVP Brackets (Double Checking 150 post Shadows)

Hey guys! The title kind of explains it, but let me break it down just incase.

I previous pvp'ed at 150 pre and post arena. But, I wanted to see if anyone knows if the bracket levels changed or if the community is still settled on 150 as the sweet spot.

I truly appreciate any and all input but especially am searching for those that are in the "know" for pvp. Once again, I appreciate your time and patience in responding (if you do).
