Seamless Coop

I played with the seamless coop mod until the release of the DLC, now I installed the new version, replaced the old files with the new ones, now I start the game and the items simply don't appear and in the old saves there is only ICON and I can't use it , can anyone help? Do I have to install Elden Ring again?
