Mimic tier

Is mimic tier even dumber now ?
I feel hes not pulling aggro at all, and he constantly just stand there and do nothing while boss whales on me.
Also does bosses now actively ignores summons ?
Dude is locked on me 24/7.
Is this a nerf to summons again ?
Do i need to use rolling sparks AoW to "GIT GUD"

Those cursed blood pots will make mimic more aggressive, try using those on the boss.

Yes mimic feels extremly retardet, they probably nerved it (for a good reason)
Also bosses seem to act smarter about attacking priority

Spirit ashes are pretty much cheese builds but anyway if you equip Shabiris Woe, summon it, and unequip it. The Mimic should keep consistent aggro.

PSA: Use Ritual Blood Pot on the boss to make your spirit summon go wild.

I have noticed that host/player pulls agro of bosses easier now. Maybe just DLC.

all you have to do is draw the boss into mimic....
i let mimic solo the first two bosses for me and it was damn easy.
plan to let mimic solo the whole game for me and will record it on video

So maybe it will be different later but so far mimic made Dancing Lion and Rellana freewins for me

Wondrous Physick with Opaline Hard Tear + Boiled Crab from Blackguard Boggart 35% Physical damage negation. Have it equipped and use consumables before going in, summon, and fast unequip without replacing it just with square/X. Should be able to tank getting hit a few times with the damage negation and the boss should quickly switch aggro.

You can. There's been plenty of times my mimic used one himself when the boss was just going ham on me, and then he went ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the boss. With how my build dual wields great hammers, that poise of the boss melts when this happens.

It's not just mimic, half the NPCs don't seem to realize they need to go through the fog door. Also the arena's are so large (for no reason, because bosses can just cover distance in an instant) that the NPCs will half the time not even realize there is a boss around and run over to you to start chilling because they assume you are too far from an enemy to matter.

?? mine is always pulling aggro. the only time i pull aggro is if i use strong attack back to back. also mine attacks none stop as well. i think people forget that MT has all items equipped that YOU have and 90% of time people have a LOT of useless ♥♥♥♥ on them.
