hyper armor list for skills?

anyone found a list of hyper armor values for skills? I have seen some for armor and weapons but none for skills, would be helpful for me to know about picking one, if anyone knows of a list I would appreciate it.

atkSuperArmor should add to player poise. For the most part player poise is actually 1/10 of PVE poise but there are additional modifiers, should be listed somewhere though. Also, I think there was a formula that makes it so high poise values actually lose value but I forgot the context

toughnessCorrectRate corresponds to hyper armor but it uses a formula that I'm not familiar with
