Haligtree Crest Greatshield worth the grind?

Of the top guard boost shields in the game, I normally use Fingerprint Stone Shield, but since I switched from Ax Knight Crucible armor set to the Solitude armor set, I needed switch out to the Golden Great Shield for the lighter weight and able to medium roll.

Is making my way back to area to farm the one guy who drops Haligtree Crest Greatshield really worth it or just stick Golden until I can get some more endurance to use Fingerprint again? Current endurance is 75 (was 61 prior to to farming, also is a very over leveld character)

The Haligtree Crest GS is pretty much as good as you can get for Holy negation. So it's invaluable for three out of five bosses in the final boss rush.

Black Steel is immensely superior for Holy Negation, holy infused it's straight up 100 holy negation and 95% physical. It makes Radagon/Beast a complete joke.

That said Haligtree is probably the best greatshield in the game if weight is taken into account, the only rival is the golden greatshield of the Leyndell Knights, which is the most efficient in terms of weight/negation.
