Please add a way (an item) to reset summoning pools.. (solved)

So, i just leveled up to 150 again since my first character wasn't saved in any steam cloud...


And completionist as i am.. I did what probably many people also did. Running around activating all the pools of summon..

Huge mistake that one..

The reason for this is, you can be level 150, and if you activate every summoning pool all over the map cause you are a completionist... You will get summoned to 99% of useless dungeons, where the reward is low.. Imagine being level 150 and getting 3500 runes for helping someone completing a simple dungeon boss...

I could kill a mob for the same sum.. And wont have to wait until i am summoned.

So the true way of playing Elden Ring is about strategically activating the summoning pools..

Yesterday i wanted to farm some runes.. Noticed it was faster to just go along the game solo, than to do the "small golden effigy" set to "both near and far".. like 3 summons in i only got like 40-50k max (if at all)..

Today i set it up to go help someone at Great Wyrm Thedorix.. Got me 50k just for completing a single fight.


My hope then was that this resets in NG+.. Just to realise that this has been patched out.. It used to be that way..! But casual melon heads like myself, whined and cried to the developers so much about that their summoning pools was resetting after NG+.. Who instead of explaining how the thing works... Decided it was best to patch it out..

So now i am here at 150.. realising it was a dumb move to activate all the summoning pools up to this point and that it's probably best to start a new character if the developers don't add an item that resets all the summoning pools in the press of a single button..

Or doing this mistake, as many probably have done already.. 99% of all the times you will be summoned. It will be at some s h i t t y dungeon cave with no rewards..

I realise now that to get the best gameplay experience in this game.. I should use spirit summons to get through those annoying puzzle cave bosses. And use the summoning pools at very specific key points of the game where i want to play some more.. Castles... Bosses... Random World bosses with good rewards. Castle Sol... Which is a great place for getting runes and PvP some.


Oh.. And i dont have to activate the summoning pool just to summon someone.. Activating a summoning pool is just a way of telling the game that "this is one of the places where i want to be summoned."


But there is no way of resetting all the summoning pools that i for hours now have set up.. So would be awesome if you added one.

A simple item i can activate from the inventory would suffice. Then we can even switch the dungeons up.


I hope they read this forum? If not, feel free to copy pasta and send it to them if you know something about who to talk to about this stuff.


Edit: Go to map menu. Summoning pool list.And you can deacivate them all..

I'm pretty sure you can deactivate summon pools you don't want to be summoned at. Look at all buttons you can press on the map one should mention them.

Yes you can, go to map-menu > summoning pool list
