There is no different endings. There is only Cut Endings. There is only one ending you can get right now. People already datamined the endings they cut from the DLC but what's left is the dialogue and text. But we know there was more endings because the gameplay trailer 4 months ago showed it. And it never happened in the DLC. The launch trailer did show the ending for this DLC so it's not unusual for FromSoftware to show endings in their trailers. Except the ending where you side with Miquella is not in the DLC as something you can get right now.
