BUG: Forger cookbook 1 & 3 do not appear in inventory after interacting.
Not sure why, but the forger cookbooks 1 & 3 did not appear in my inventory after interacting. I tried re interacting with the pests but that didn't solve the issue. I'd appreciate it if anyones got advice on this one. Perhaps theres a trigger that is required?

After reloading, talked to Moore after obtaining 4. Maybe that was the trigger, I got 3 [while it was raining] 1 seemed to be underground while raining, so he was uninteractable.

1 seems to require night if he's underground, thats fine. But is still uninteractable.
