Yeah, same feeling here. Especially love the visuals and almost everything else is "pretty good". A tad disappointed with the new weapons and arts except for martial (which is kinda fun), but minor nitpick.

As long as we are exchanging actual subjective opinions, I'm also completely ok with OP calling "just" fine.

agreed. the 10/10s aren't landing with me, but the "ermahgerd, sky is falling" isn't either

dlc is good. weapons are good, bosses i've seen are fine. dlc is fine

I was on the "just fine" side but shadow keep being peak brought it up...it's def the best legacy in the game imo

Yeah that’s valid. This type of thing is subjective at the end of the day. Like, for me, this dlc was pretty much 90% of what I would’ve wanted from an Elden ring dlc which is why I think it’s really good, but that’s just me. People are allowed to think otherwise lol. I mean, If we all had the same opinion, would it even be an opinion?

However, it's me that didn't like it apart from the upgraded visuals from DS1 and I 100% support the opinion it was great for whoever claims that it was.

Please someone talk about "not beating the game if they used X" right now or something, this whole wholesome bit is making me throw up.

Understandable. It took me SEVERAL attempts to get into Dark Souls 2. I hated it the first several times. Finally, I just sat down and plowed through it and now it's one of my favorite Dark Souls. It's a very long game, great itemization, and quite varied environments (if not so much on the enemies).

Hex witch build is still mega awesome to play.
