First time Int player: Healing is flask only?

Hey folks Trying to NOT do any Faith this time.
How do INT Builds heal chip damage usually?

same as warriors: flasks, or they don't. technically there are talismans that can provide some small measure of healing, like for example when you crit an enemy or tiny almost unnoticeable regeneration, but for most mage builds those talisman slots are too precious for those.

potions or critical damage trinkets, would be the method.

There are a few talismans that give health based on certain conditions. Killing an enemy, critical hits, slowly over time. There is also a physick tear for health regen over 3 minutes. Warming stones heal over like 30 seconds or so. There are definitely more that I can't think of off of the top of my head but no spells for int only healing.
