I beat Bayle but haven't found the map of the area.

It's not anywhere near bayle. You either want the map in the south in a totally different area, or the map in the north in a super TOTALLY different area.

The whole southern part of the map is one huge area including Charo's hidden grave and the Cerulean Coast.

The Cerulean coast is reachable through a cave, but I forgot where the entrance to that cave is.

But Charo's Hidden Grave can be reached by finding the Great Altar of Dragon Communion (where the Priestess also is) and walk south past the dragons corpse until you see the area with the red flowers. within that area, if you keep a look out at one of the cliffs there is a kind of building below it, just high enough that you dont die from jumping down.

This should put you into the cerulean coast, where the map fragment is.

The map isnt a huge help in Jagged Peaks though tbh.

Search the Boss Area: Immediately after defeating Bayle, thoroughly explore the area where the boss fight took place. Sometimes the map or a clue to its location can be found directly where the boss was defeated.
