I think the fight is fine and probably one of the best moments of the dlc
Two? i only have Ansbach.
Yeah there are two NPC story questlines you can do, Ansbach and the poison guy with St. Trina. You will get both of them to help you in the fight turning it into a 3v3, you can also use your spirit ashes to make it a 4v3.
Not as bad. I got him to half no summons.
Guessing it'll take 1-3 tries with summons.
To be fair, I just fought it and one tried it. I remember it being tougher when I first beat the game, like I would spend minutes each time running around trying to smack it and die to attrition from it's bombardments. This time it was a lot easier to reach and I suspect it may have been nerfed because it was by far the toughest boss when I first played and I played when the game was released.
Can see why a lot of people think it's easy when the thing is in reach more often than not, but changing that is all it takes to turn this fight from easy to hard.
