dont need to be 999, can be any amount, normaly people who drop it get it from cheat engine

Get the grand merchant mod, turn off EAC and launch offline. Get 999 tears and smithing stones. Turn on EAC, verify gamefile integrity, delete mod files, and relaunch. Then you can play online without being restricted by materials.
