impenetrable Thorns picked up but not in inventory

Hello,
I picked up the impenetrable Thorns spell but it doesnt show up in my spell list or my inventory. If i go to the location where i found it, nothing is there to pick up. DOes anyone else got the same problem??

NEVERMIND. I think there is a max ammount of items you can carry. all that stuff got put in my chest.
