Clarity on scadutree fragments pls

Been looking everywhere. Can anyone quickly confirm how scadutree level works in NG? is level 20 max cap for all NG+ runs or is it an addition 20 levels per NG+ like 40, 60, etc.

only 20, the blessing carry on to ng+, so you don't need search scadutree fragment if you already maxed it.

lvl20 is max. lvl10 for summons. It's max for all ng+ runs as well and works exactly like flask upgrades.

If you struggle to find them all in ng then starting a ng+ keeps your blessing level but gives the same items again so it's very easy to max it out then.

that sucks i thouth its custom dificulity slider rather. why from soft is so stuborn towards ng+ replay value . why they hate ds 2 too much
