You don't like him spamming his face slam grab over and over again preventing everyone from doing damage to him because you can't hurt him in that overly long grab animation that he only does? I keep getting summoned to that boss and every time the hosts keep getting face slammed grabbed.

Very much not a fan of his grab, using dueling shield and it would hit me pretty much every time. You can hardly see him start the animation when you're wailing on the stem

Probably the easiest remembrance boss in the DLC. ._.

am.... I the only one who enjoyed this boss?

I didn't manage to find him until after the final boss actually, so I absolutely curbstomped him with the Grafted Dragon. That was fun. I don't relish the thought of fighting him again at higher levels though.

im sure he'd be a lot easier if I swapped to my messmer spear but I wanted to beat him with dueling shield. I think it heavily depends on loadout like most bosses. Still I dont think ill fight him again on future playthroughs he's not very fun or interactive.

I could see how you would, he reminds me a lot of a AC6 boss and if you like that sort of thing im sure itd translate to this one.

Hitting its head does massive damage.

im aware, its a little easier said than done with dueling shield. plus I already beat it.

i had fun with the boss, the important thing was to hit them once and get away a bit so that you can see their next move.

the only real annoying move IMO was the explosions at the third phase.

He has quite a few attacks that completely leave his head exposed for any weapon type, especially melee. Tbh, one of the more enjoyable fights in the DLC.

Glad you think that. we can disagree. not a big deal.

Don't let your frustration turn into anger toward others.

Some of this also depends on approach. Especially when new bosses first drop, we may not know how to properly bait out punishable attacks while another player found fairly consistent ways to do this. I found that standing directly in front of him prompted several head slams that allowed for punishment. But if you stayed more under him (within striking distance of the body), he flailed around more and wouldn't leave his head in an easily punishable area.
