What Would You Think is "The Best Co-op Bracket"?

I genuinely love this game's co-op. Being summoned at summon pools at any given location on the map to help people clear dungeons and slay bosses is among my favorite things to do in this game. So I thought about making a character where my weapon levels and character level are kept at "the optimal level to allow me to co-op at as many places as possible". Ideally, I wouldn't be too low, but also not high enough to exclude me from a large portion of players. So I ask this (as an open discussion), what weapon level + character level should I restrict to for allowing maximum potential for co-oping anywhere in the game with people, while still being decently powerful but not too leveled to be excluded from certain multiplayer brackets?

I'm still getting summoned even though i'm past level 200, though the game is exploding with people, so at the moment, any level will see you get some action.

idk, on my main character I'm level 150 with maxed weapons, and I've hit pretty much every summoning pool in DLC and base game, but BARELY see action. I suppose I'd like to find a sweet spot where I can be summoned for anywhere in DLC and like late Leyndell - mountain tops. I wouldn't mind lower level co-op, but it would be nicer to find a large pool of players for later game
