Can you kill Millicent after assisting her?

I got the rotten winged sword insignia talisman, i heard somewhere that you can kill her after you helped her, but there is a barrier around her. Did they fix this?

The barrier was the fix, they added it later on after people started killing her to get both rewards. You want the prosthetics? I have extras if you want one

@Dizzy Ladybug You wouldn't happen to be willing to trade one to me too? My Millicent quest bugged and I just flatout can't get Millicents Prosthesis or the Rotten winged sword insignia :(
