What's the best and easiest build?
Don't judge me but I want to play this game with an easy and powerful build. Anyone has any suggestions?

2H Greatsword/Great Katana, ideally 54STR 80DEX or whatever works at your level, 60VGR, as much END as you can. 15 FTH for Electrify Armament and Flame Give Me Strength. Slap Golden Vow on a dagger to buff. (Get a buckler in case you need to parry.)
Wondrous Physick use Opaline and or Spiked/ElementalDamage (Stonebarb)
Talismans if you want to get hit a bunch use Dragoncrest and the appropriate elemental damage reduction one. Use a Two Handed Sword talisman and axe/claw talisman. (Dagger/Blade of Mercy/RitualSword)
Ashes of War you can use Stormblade for ranged damage, low FP fast, keeps stagger up, Lions Claw to always poise through things and deal stagger damage.
There's an Uplifting Aromatic perfume that makes you take almost no damage from any attack.

You can change the build and put a 2nd Greatsword/GreatKatana in your offhand and jump attack some bosses and enemies to death. Use Claw Talisman and another damage one of your choice

First job, raise your Vigor. You want 40 before you get to Altus Plateau in mid-game. More Vigor = more health = fewer dumb deaths. Hopefully.

The easiest builds to pick up and go would be either high-STR bonk builds, in which case you find the biggest and heaviest stick you can and stun multiple gods out of their attacks, or bleed builds that proc percentile damage from the status. Earliest bleed weapons you can get are Katanas and the Reduvia dagger, both of which scale mostly with Dex though leveling Arcane increases the rate of triggering Bleed.

Remember to take your time exploring around, don't rush. It's open world and just about every hole you find has something potentially good at the bottom of it. In particular, look for Sacred Tears at church ruins and golden seeds from the glowing saplings sprouting across the land. Both are necessary to improve your Flask, which means better and more uses of healing.

1. Equip for each elemental type a shield sufficient in blocking off said element on your 3 offhand slots. So like a Physical shield, a Holy shield and a Lightning shield
2. Dexterity absolutely blows Strength out of the water. It's actually broken. Never level Strength.
3. Just go for whatever talismans boost your max hp in some way or replenish hp
4. Get good drip for armor
5. for mainhand weapons you can do what you want, anything works

If you're 2handing a weapon STR is king, at 54STR you effectively have the soft cap of 80. Even a low level STR character can be doing monster damage with a Heavy infused 2hander. My DLC character is high level so I had quality infusion with STR and DEX. Nothing does more

Got really bored and decided to do something dumb. I've been powerstancing curved greatswords on my current run. I usually do faster weapons like katanas or claws, but I've been having a lot of fun with them. Currently using 2 Bloodhound fangs (friend dropped me one since they were doing a INT run), planning to switch to Morgott's Cursed Sword once I get to Leyndell. They've done pretty well throughout, nothing too hard, but not too game-breaking either. (Though tbf I haven't been using the ash of war on the fang very much, so it could potentially be much easier.)

If you can learn to parry using shield is probably easiest build. You can pair it with a heavy hitting weapon.
Parry is the most abusable skill in the game versus bosses.
You can also equip no armor to get the light roll bonus which makes it easier than usual to avoid boss attacks. and equip the talisman that gives you massive damage bonus boost if you are light weight.
These are 2 of the most popular and longest known builds for 'speed runners'
If you want easy way to play the game casually you also have options like certain weapons where you can spam l2 to win game like any heavy or collosal weapon with lions claw,Is also blasphamous blade.another great weapon with insane damage and heal and will stunlock bosses and is pure cancer for them if you use mimic too to a point where boss might aswell be just stationary.

So far I see these 3:
- big stick bonk STR
- bleed dexterity
- naked parry spam with shield (like sekiro?)

Which one would be the best?

ok enough jokes, unironically all you have to do is get a strength weapon with a lot of poise damage and do jumping attacks. thats it. welcome to easy street friend. welcome to the strength sissy club

How about Bull-Goat Armor with two Fingerprint Shields?

Bonk, I'd say. Bleed kills faster, but has a hard time interrupting attacks and leaves you in more danger. Parry demands consistent perfect timing, which can be really hard to do especially if you're running close to min spec.
There's no such thing as an easy build. Builds have to be cultivated right from the start of the main game and time has to be spent on building the stats, weapons buffs, etc. There's also no best build. I've had the most success with hybrid characters that don't focus on any one build.

There is no consensus on that right now, I can attest to what has worked for me personally and what I've seen work.

1. Spell casting builds
2. Two handed talisman builds
3 bleed builds

But quite frankly I think there's going to be a lot more tech as people get more familiar with the content.
