But this DLC alone is already outselling most games sold this year.
I mean, if base game only sells like 5 millions, I think that should be OK for me.
Can't wait for the expac, love me Souls knightan but mecha fast boostan is where my true spirit lies.
all the same, 3 million is no small number, but sote is poised to double it if not moreso in the near future. so i dont think they let sales goals limit their creative intent. personally looking forward to their next sekiro
I mean, it did take 2 years to release. Many people have moved on to other games. For those who casually enjoyed the game, the idea of coming back to a "hard" DLC that requires Mogh and Radahn to be defeated before you can access it can be daunting. I've seen several people complain that they are either in NG+ or are early NG and cannot access the DLC in a timely manner. I can understand, which such a large base game, why that may deter people from investing in this DLC upon release.
But if most of those 5M were consistent souls fans that have several playthroughs and other titles like this, the community is standing strong
I expect AC6 expac to be announced next, and a new project. Miyazaki said something about traditional JRPG (turn-based) and me wanna.
