St. Trina is...
Miquella? I don't understand. Miquellas flesh was dead in mohgwyns palace right? Why is St. Trina alive sleeping in that cave until we kill miquella at the end?

Demi-Gods are semi-spiritual beings. I would try not to think about the physicality of it too much. Its a bit like how, even when first meeting her, Melina said she was "Burned and bodyless", she couldn't move freely without you taking her to the erdtree, until she got there. I think Miquella is in a similar state (considering both are children of Marika), but can still sacrifice parts of his being. He doesn't just abandon his flesh, but abstract concepts like fears and doubts, and his "love". The cross before we find St. Trina says "I abandon here my love". I believe St. Trina is his love, taken on a different persona just like Marika/Radagon.

It seems like 'ascending into a god' requires sacrifice of the more mortal parts of a demigod. The mortal parts don't disappear though, they become a different being altogether.

That is what is going on with Radagon. Radagon is the mortal elements of Marika that became his own person. Basically Marika was forced to marry the mortality she abandoned at the behest of the Fingers. It probably is no coincidence that the children born of this union are exceptionally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. One is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anime trope, and the other is the avatar of an enemy of the Greater Will.

I just killed everyone
why does miquella have 4 arms?
he even said he left one behind at one of the crosses, but he only seems to have gained some, if anything.
