This is likely the ONLY DLC Elden Ring will get (SPOILERS)

For that matter, I think this might be the last bit of Elden Ring content period after seeing the ending. We killed, THE Radahn. Not the wandering, rot suffering, husk of Radahn. The Radahn, reborn in full strength. The one that the game tells us is straight up the most powerful lord of them all period. Full stop. and we already killed everyone else. Including the Elden Beast itself.

So now what? I think that's the end of it. There's nothing greater we could possibly face. Some have suggested going back in time, but for what, we already beat the best there ever was and more already.

I suppose they maybe could make a sequel, but I don't think they will. Elden Ring's world isn't like that of Dark Souls where it continues in cycles from the souls of lords being passed down in an ever dwindling age of fire. The Elden Ring, even though we don't know much about it doesn't really work like that. It was shattered, but at the end of the game we restore it. The reason people couldn't die was because destined death was locked away but we restored that too. The ring doesn't need a sacrifice, it doesn't need to be shattered, there is no cycle. So I don't see why the events of Elden Ring would happen again. There isn't really a reason for them to.

Of course, they could do anyway just because they want to make another game, but I personally feel like they won't do that. I think that this is probably the last content we'll see for Elden Ring, and that Fromsoft is going to move on to something new. Thoughts?

We don't need more Dark Souls either. We have enough of Dark Souls, and a new game will be met with mixed reviews again.

From can evidently create different universes and mix up the formula, as they have clearly demonstrated with Bloodborne, Sekiro and AC6.
