Anyone else experiencing issues with legendary spell and weapon achievements?

I've got the weapons and spells needed for both achivements but they still don't show up, they're split across two characters, is that expected to nullify the achivement? Are you supposed to get everything with the same character to get the achievements?

I got the legendary stuff across characters and got the achievements just fine.

There was a bug back in the day where the achievements weren't firing properly when you picked them up. The solution was to add them to storage and then back to inventory. I don't know if having them split among multiple characters is an issue.
