Fire Knight seal is broken - do not use

It's purpose is to boost Messmer flame incantations but at +24 it does 40% less damage than a +24 beastclaw talisman. So the item is basically completely worthless, it seems to add a negative multiplier to Messmer incantation instead of a positive one lmao
