Far as basegame goes, I enjoyed the Magmawyrm scalesword more than Blasphemous Blade. There's a number of STR/FTH spears, like the Treespear or Vykes. If you're in the hammer crowd there's an Erdtree Avatar in the deeproot depths that drops his stick. And there's the Envoy horns you can collect for dooting memes.
Have the magma sword and avatarstick so maybe try that, yeah!
The downside is that the only other AoW I know of that heals on hits is Prayerful Strike.
The upside though is that the BB's range damage effect has a couple of similarities with other weapons' arts.
The Greatsword of Solitude has become a favorite of mine - it's AoW launches a non-chargable bolt that fires off pretty fast, travels pretty fast, has pretty good range, and does damage based entirely on Str. So, it hits pretty hard by itself, especially since it looks like your character is built for it. It has about the same range as the BB's ranged attack, perhaps a little less. The nice thing is that you can follow it up easily with a heavy attack, which is a nasty two-hit combo for hearty enemies. It doesn't use FAI at all for scaling, but it does certainly benefit from Flame Grant Me Strength and Golden Vow.
for anything that matches it or surpasses it you will want to look at another category of weapon imo
