Do we get to keep the scadutree fragments' bonuses we got when we start a NG+?

When we start a NG+, do we get to keep the bonuses we got by finding scadutree fragments on our previous playthrough, or do we have to find them all over again once we get to the Land of Shadow again?

I think we might need to find them again or they can patch it so the scadutree level progression carries over like they did with other things
