PS5 vs PC?

PC @ 4070/i5 13600k + ssd 4.0
PS5 slim

not sure if I should get the game for PC or PS5? I'm pretty sure I can run it on PC with decent/high settings - and I can connect the PS5/8bitdo controller to the PC

Suggestions?

PC, it's a no brainer. and i know that is expected considering this is a PC forum but there is nothing console has that makes it better.

Also, if you plan to go online on ps5, you will have to pay for it.

pc always bro! always... you can mod on pc.. uncap fps, why get stuck with 60fps, maybe your game can run at 80fps.. or 90fps which is much more than capped 60.

Also mods just help with other things, you can use dlss! which adds up more performance.

Well, I do have a PSN so that's not an issue.. but its more of what "feels" more natural, and what was intended to be played on by fromsoft...

you only can control 1 save file in PS5, if local file corrupted its gonna uploaded to your cloud backup so you lose your progress forever

meanwhile on pc you have total control about how your save file handled, you can backup to flashdisk, other drive, or even GC, so incase corruption happened and uploaded to steam cloud you still have backup from other source.
